  • What size should I order?
    It is always tricky for us to pick the proper size for customers when we don't have the shoes/boots at hand. We tried to give suggestions based on our experiences, but the local cobbler may not repair in our way so sometimes customers responded that we didn't give the right suggestions. Therefore, what we can suggest now is that you can do some measurements by yourself to determine what the proper sizes will be. Check the MEASUREMENT GUIDE.   • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. We usually ship internationally via DHL or EMS(the International Parcel of Post Mail Service with tracking info.) Other couriers are accepted while requested. You can find delivery costs at checkout. We will ship within two days once the payment is received. If you didn't see your country when check out, please don't hesitate to email us:
  • Can I return an international order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. Therefore, if you have any questions, please email us before ordering.
  • Are your soles or heels sold in pairs?
